Thompson Thrift opens Westminster office to serve Front Range market

WESTMINSTER — Indianapolis, Indiana-based residential and commercial real estate builder Thompson Thrift Development Inc. is opening a Westminster office to serve Colorado’s Front Range, where the company has built three communities with four more in development.

In Longmont, Thompson Thrift is building Notch66, a 336-unit multi-family project in at Main Street and Ute Highway.

Notch66 will be Thompson’s second multi-family project in Longmont. The company also developed Watermark at Harvest Junction on the other side of downtown from the new project.

The company’s Colorado basecamp will be a 3,400-square-foot office space on Pecos Street. 

“We have a long, successful history in the Denver market and believe in the enduring growth opportunities throughout the state,” TT CEO Paul Thrift said in a prepared statement. “Our new office space presents the perfect opportunity for us to increase our development efforts, and we are excited to see what else this robust market has to offer.”

Thompson Thrift has other offices in Terre Haute, Indiana; Houston and Phoenix.
