Panorama acquires two more eye clinics

FORT COLLINS – Panorama Eyecare, a physician-led management services organization that bills itself as the largest comprehensive eye-care organization in the Rocky Mountain region, has acquired 20/20 Vision Center in Fort Collins as well as a clinic in Evergreen.

20/20 Vision Center, 3501 S. Shields St., is an optometry practice led by Dr. Greg Vosseteig, who specializes in the diagnosis and management of ocular surface diseases including dry-eye disease.

“Our team is excited about partnering with Panorama Eyecare in our hometown of Fort Collins and to be at the forefront of an exciting growth period for the organization,” said Vosseteig in a prepared statement. “We look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional service to our patients across Northern Colorado with improved access and expanded opportunities with PEC as our partner.”

The acquired clinic in Evergreen was established in 1965; Evergreen Vision Clinic PC is a full-service optometric clinic led by Dr. Daniel Hock.

In a prepared statement, Marcello Celentano, chief executive of Panorama Eyecare, said the acquisition of the two clinics “allows us to expand our network to the west and north of the Front Range and to serve more customers across the region. We continue to look for additional M&A opportunities throughout the Rocky Mountain region to solidify our position as an industry leader, expand our physician network and improve access to our premium patient experience for eyecare and premium LASIK services.”

In August, Panorama announced the formation of Panorama LASIK as part of the company’s strategic growth plan. In July, it acquired Boulder Eyes / Beyer LASIK.

LASIK, an acronym for laser-assisted in-situ keratomileusis, is a type of refractive eye surgery that reshapes the cornea and is used to improve visual acuity by curing astigmatism and treating myopia and hyperopia.

The procedures will be performed at Panorama’s Eye Center of Northern Colorado, 6125 Sky Pond Drive in Loveland, as well as at Boulder Eyes, 1810 30th St., Suite B, in Boulder and a center in Denver.Clinics interested in a partnership may contact Dan Karpel at
