FORT COLLINS – The Garlic Knot restaurant, which had been shut down twice within two months by the Larimer County Department of Health and Environment, reopened Tuesday after its owner fixed the problems the county addressed at the eatery at 2601 S. Lemay Ave. According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, a walk-in cooler the county inspectors said wasn’t keeping food at the proper temperature was overhauled.
