Julie joined forces with RE/MAX Commercial Alliance in September of 2019 as an Independent Broker specializing in commercial real estate sales, leasing and consulting. Prior to obtaining my real estate license she worked in the real estate industry with a local title company from April 1991 to July
2019. There she handled and closed a career’s worth of complex transactions spanning a period of twenty- eight years with the same company before retiring from title insurance.
While her real estate roots are in the title business, closing multiple types of transactions, her primary focus was on closing commercial transactions for the last eight years. It was during those years she came to realize my passion was to use that knowledge and those relationships to help clients achieve their commercial real estate goals, whether buying, selling or leasing.
She is currently pursuing your CCIM designation.
