DENVER — Denver Mart, a mecca for local hobbyists, is being demolished and will be replaced with a Pivot Denver, a nearly 500,000-square-foot industrial complex. Developer Westfield Co. bought Denver Mart, which was at one time home to hundreds of wholesale showrooms, out of bankruptcy last year, according to a Denver Post report.
